Accessibility

What we have done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
• Form fields have labels, errors are listed at the top of the form and next to the field, and nothing depends on colour alone.
• Pages can be zoomed to 200% and read on small phones without losing content.
• Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Pages are available in English and Hindi, and you can search for jobs in Hindi and Telugu.
• Job listings can be read aloud, and you can speak instead of typing where your browser supports it. Typing always works too.

What we are still working on

• Employer and team pages are in English only.
• Some older pages have not yet been checked with every screen reader.
• PDF documents such as invoices may not be fully accessible. Ask us for another format.
