How billing works
A monthly bill rate per contractor, invoiced each month for the days worked. Part months are pro-rated, and approved timesheets are the basis for each invoice, so you only pay for days you have signed off.
Every invoice is a GST invoice, and clients on the portal can view and download theirs at any time.

Who employs the contractor?
We do. The contractor is on our payroll, and we take care of salary, statutory deductions and benefits, while they work with your team day to day.
How do timesheets work?
The contractor logs each week (full day, half day or off). You approve it, or send it back with a note, in your client portal. Approved weeks are locked and used for billing.
Can we hire the contractor permanently?
Yes. Contract-to-hire lets both sides confirm the fit in real work before moving to your payroll. Choose "Contract-to-hire" when you share your requirement.
What is the minimum contract length?
