These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you are a client, the agreement you sign with Hireriv for a specific engagement takes priority over these terms where they differ.
For job seekers
- Our services are free for candidates. Hireriv never asks candidates to pay for a job, an interview, training or a placement. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and report it to us at hello@hireriv.com.
- The information and resume you submit must be accurate and your own. We may verify your employment, education and other details before an offer, with your consent.
- Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job. Hiring decisions are made by the employer.
- Client names are often kept confidential in job listings. Your recruiter can share more about the employer as your application progresses.
For employers
- Requirements you send through this website are enquiries. An engagement starts only when both sides agree on commercial terms in writing.
- Candidate profiles we share are confidential and may be used only to assess candidates for the role they were shared for.
- Employer portal logins are personal: each person on your hiring team gets their own. Company owners decide who is on the team and what each person may do, and are responsible for removing people who leave. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think it has been misused.
- Jobs you post must follow our job posting rules: real vacancies, honest pay and details, no fees or identity documents asked from candidates, and fair hiring. We check every job before it goes live and may refuse, remove or pause jobs, or close accounts, that break them.
- Applicants' details you receive through the portal are confidential. Use them only for the job they applied for, share them only within your hiring team, and don't keep them longer than you need for that hiring process.
Job listings and content
We take care to keep listings accurate and current, but salaries, locations and requirements are set by employers and may change. Articles on our blog are general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no automated scraping, spam submissions, attempts to access other people's accounts or data, or uploads containing malware. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The Hireriv name, logo, website design and content belong to Hireriv. You may share links to our job listings and articles freely.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Hireriv is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, or for decisions made by employers or candidates.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Hireriv has its registered office.
